Kisspeptin-10 is a fragment of the kisspeptin protein that plays a critical role in regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. It is a potent stimulator of LH and FSH release, making it valuable for testosterone optimization.
Kisspeptin-10 activates KISS1R receptors in the hypothalamus, triggering GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone) release, which in turn stimulates LH and FSH secretion from the pituitary. This cascade ultimately drives testosterone production in the testes.
